Re-focus following career break
“I found the sessions with Lisa to be extremely helpful – her style was relaxed yet the sessions were always very productive. I wanted some help with my goals around starting a blog on health matters for men. Whilst we achieved a lot in this space, I got so much more out of the sessions. The DISC exercise was extremely helpful in me understanding myself and how I interact with other personality types, I found this useful in dealing with various people I had been struggling with. I found that the sessions encouraged me to become more productive in the goals surrounding my blog but generally I became more productive in all areas of my life. Setting goals became my focus on a daily level so I felt that I was achieving much more. Overall I felt at the end of six sessions more self-confident and optimistic about the future. The outcome is that I am much more productive and focused on the goals that I set and I now have more of a vision of what the future looks like.
Lisa was so helpful in getting me to set goals and follow them through, encouraging me to do so when I was trying to be evasive. I cannot speak highly enough of the sessions I had with Lisa.”
