Six Seconds is a community of changemakers contributing to a world of insight, connection, and purpose. Six Seconds’ best-in-class tools get to the heart of what drives performance at work, in school, and for life. Each tool offers not only insightful feedback, but a framework for growth to put that wisdom into action.

Brain Profiles
The Brain Profiles offer 1-page quick EQ insights ideal for coaching and training. There are a range of reports available including:

SEI Assessments
The Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence (SEI) suite provides deeper insights on specific EQ competencies that can be used to inform coaching and training including:

DISC Personality Profiles
DISC personality profiles are a world-renowned and popular tool providing powerful insights into human behaviours. Developed by Dr William Marston, based on his research into personality traits, the tool measures the intensity of each of the four core behavioural traits – Dominance, Influence Steadiness and Conscientiousness.
We use these profiles in our coaching programmes and workshops as a means of ‘fast-tracking’ self-awareness of behaviour patterns. With greater awareness, clients are more able to regulate their responses to suit the situation.
