Our Collaborations

Dan is a co-founder and director of Sort, whose mission is to ensure that every person, no matter who they are, or where they come from, has the same access to career opportunities to create successful futures. Sort’s first product, recently beta-launched, is Sortyourfuture.com, a platform to inspire, inform and connect the UK’s young people (aged 15-24) to the employers that want them.
Dan is Board Advisor to UPROAR, a start-up media business that creates and showcases epic stories of wildlife conservation via various social media platforms in order to create meaningful connections with audiences who want to get involved and do their bit for the planet.
Lisa works with Gordon Bull, a Shirlaws Business Coach, to deliver a variety of workshops, business coaching and motivational talks. Gordon’s passion, fully aligned with Islanda, is to work with CEOs and senior managers to bring them clarity and confidence about who they are and how best to channel their energies to be most effective and feel fulfilled. The most popular services that we co-deliver are 'Vision and Values' workshops for businesses and a monthly Business Club Programme delivered to groups of business owners/managers from different businesses.
